    All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday). We offer the following flat-rate shipping services for domestic US deliveries:

    • Standard Shipping: $5.99 USD (5–7 business days). Free for orders over $75 USD.
    • Expedited Shipping: $12.99 USD (2–3 business days).
    • Overnight Shipping: $24.99 USD (Next business day).

    *Please note: Orders placed before 12:00 PM CST will ship the same business day. We currently ship to the United States only. No international shipping is available.*

    Returns & Refunds Policy

    We want you to be completely satisfied with your office wardrobe. Ivory Lane accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with all original tags attached within 30 days of the delivery date. Once processed at our warehouse, refunds take 5–7 business days to appear on your original payment method. Free returns are available for all domestic US orders.
